Common pricing questions
Does the price include every TripFlow feature?
Yes. Booking, scheduling, dispatch, billing, the driver mobile app, integrations, and every other TripFlow feature are included. There are no premium feature tiers or paid add-ons.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Data migration, platform configuration, onboarding, and team training are included without additional setup fees.
Are cancelled trips and no-shows charged?
No. We understand that cancellations and no-shows are costly enough already, so the per-trip charge applies only to completed trips.
What counts as an active vehicle?
Any vehicle marked as active during the billing month counts as an active vehicle. If it is available to schedule, it is active.
Does TripFlow require a contract?
Yes. TripFlow agreements run for 12 months.
Are integrations included?
Yes. TripFlow supports file-based broker imports and real-time APIs for pushing and pulling trips at no additional cost.
Is support included?
Yes. Support is included at no additional cost.
