Portrait of TripFlow co-founder Joel Sovereign
Joel Sovereign Co-founder

Our Co-Founder and COO, Joel Sovereign, has spent over a decade in the day-to-day reality of NEMT, helping grow his family’s operation while personally driving more than 100,000 miles of passenger trips, building thousands of schedules, and dispatching hundreds of thousands of trips.

He has managed compliance, handled the real-time problems that come with running an NEMT operation, and helped the company become Oregon’s first NEMTAC-accredited provider. That experience is built directly into TripFlow: practical software shaped by real operations, with reliable passenger service at the center. It’s the same approach that has helped their family operation maintain a 98% on-time performance rate.
